In Memory of Dora the Explorer

Dora the Explorer came into rescue at nine weeks old from a commercial breeder in Missouri.  With a deformed front leg and terribly weak hind legs, she was not expected to survive, but this fiercely determined little pup hoisted herself up first on one leg, then on two legs, and finally on three legs, on a quest to see the world.  Our brave little Dora lost her life during anesthesia to remove bandages from a mended leg.  Now all of heaven is hers to explore...
