Fluffy was fortunate enough to end up in one of those crates.  Just four years old, but already broken and bent, with a protruding spine and crooked legs like little sticks, scarred and swollen eyes, underweight and leaking excrement from an infected rectum stitched partially shut to prevent rectal prolapse,  the filthy stitches left in far too long, this tiny little discarded French Bulldog wasn't very pretty to look at, but oh, what a wonderful spirit shone from that homely little body!  Affectionate and hopeful, despite her trials, she was bound and determined to make a friend of everyone she met. 

It will be some time before we can identify and (hopefully) treat all of this little girl's ills, but Fluffy is in no hurry to move along.  She has adopted the young Frenchie puppy in her foster home as her new confidante and playmate, and there are wonderful green spaces to explore, soft beds for sleeping and friendly people to fuss over her...  Fluffy is delighted to be right where she is!
